What Fixio's Verified Badge Means
Trust badges are everywhere online, and most of them don't tell you anything specific. We'd rather ours meant something you can actually check.
What gets checked
A garage submits its address, business details, and photos. Our team then confirms the address is real, that the garage is actually operating under that name, and that the services it lists are ones it actually performs. Only then does the verified badge get applied.
What it doesn't mean
It doesn't certify that every repair will go perfectly, and it isn't backed by any kind of insurance guarantee. Treat it as a floor: a filter that rules out fake or abandoned listings, not a replacement for reading what real customers say in the reviews.
Why unverified profiles still show up
Newly registered garages need a little time to go through review. If you want a stricter bar, filter to verified-only — though a pending profile isn't automatically a bad one, it just hasn't been reviewed yet.
Next time you're searching the map, use the verified badge as a first filter — not the only argument for your decision.
